Academy Council
The new Academy Council has been elected for the 2010-2011 academic year. One of their first acts as a council was to be a part of the Academy Celebrations on 1st November 2010. The council was in charge of greeting the Deputy Lord Mayor on his arrival, cutting the ribbon at the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, serving special guests refreshements following the ceremony and showing the special guest around the school. The council is excited and ready to support the children of the academy to make it an even better place to learn.
