Christmas Shoebox Appeal
Children at GLPA have been supporting the Christmas Shoebox Appeal through St. Mary's Church.
The children in KS2 decided that they wanted to contribute to creating Christmas Shoeboxes to be sent to children in need.
The shoeboxes were a GREAT success! Each shoebox will now go on a journey to a less fortunate country where the children don't usually get gifts at Christmas. Included in the boxes were pens, pencils, notebooks, sweets, flannels, scarves, toiletries, toys and much much more!
We hope that each box will be loved by the children!
