The newly elected Academy Council and staff at GLPA would like to raise money for Charlotte Booth who is a student atSLPCollegein Garforth. She has been recently diagnosed with cancer and needs urgent treatment in 3 weeks. The treatment is inAmericaand will cost £125,000. There are various fundraising activities taking place in our local community. GLPA will be holding two events.
On Monday 10th Oct., we are selling buns during break time for 20p each. You can help out with this activity by sending buns and/or sending 20p with your child to buy a bun. Then on Friday 14th Oct., we will be holding a non-uniform day for a donation of £1.
All proceeds will go to the Charlotte Booth Fund.
